Advantages of using an implementation partner

Shorter time to Go Live: Softype will get you to Go Live faster than you are likely to do it, typically in 60-120 days. Otherwise, you might be able to self-implement in around 4- 6 months.

Faster return on your investment: A quicker implementation returns your benefits sooner.

Sharing risk versus owning it: The Softype team will share the risk of your new project, adding value by bringing expertise and detailed planning.

Extra functionality: Softype experts know the full breadth of functions that NetSuite ERP offers and will implement valuable features that you wouldn’t know existed.

Find a partner like Softype who is experienced and approachable, thorough, understands schedules and timelines, and has a training team to support your critical first few weeks after Go Live.
Be able to explain your company’s current processes.
Ensure your team knows where to obtain your master and transactional data for the data migration phase of your journey. Softype will provide templates for your data.
View NetSuite ERP demonstrations to understand its out-of-the-box functionality.
Choose a minimal set of customizations and personalizations to the out-of-the-box system.
We will honestly recommend a solution that is a good fit for your type of business. We appreciate your interest and look forward to adding you as our client, but only if there is a match between your organization’s needs and what NetSuite ERP and Softype can provide. Therefore, we will also tell you if we do not recommend NetSuite.
What process will be followed after I contact Softype?
We will answer your call or email promptly.
We will schedule a meeting to understand what your organization wants and needs in a new system.
We may need more than one call to ensure those needs are a good match for theNetSuite ERP system.
  • On these mutual discovery calls, we’ll answer your team’s questions and may demonstrate NetSuite ERP dashboards and functionalities for you to review.
After the discovery calls, we will send you a fixed bid, fixed price proposal to get a NetSuite instance up and running.
  • Our proposal will include the post-go-live support that your organization needs as a new NetSuite customer.
